Acceptance

By accessing songtovideo.app or using SongToVideo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Public Beta

SongToVideo currently provides public product information and a free browser Audio Visualizer. Server-side AI music-video generation, credits, HD unlocks, and checkout remain unavailable while the production workflow is tested. Beta features may change, be interrupted, or be removed without notice.

Browser Audio Visualizer

The Audio Visualizer processes selected files locally in supported browsers and can export WebM. Results vary by browser, hardware, codec support, input file, and recording duration. You are responsible for reviewing an export before relying on it.

Accounts

If you create an account, you must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us of unauthorized use. We may limit or suspend accounts involved in abuse, security incidents, or violations of these Terms.

Your Content and Rights

You retain ownership of music, artwork, titles, and other content you provide. You must own that content or have all permissions needed to process, display, and export it. Do not use SongToVideo with content that infringes copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, or other rights.

You grant SongToVideo only the limited rights needed to process content at your request and operate the selected feature. The current browser Audio Visualizer does not upload selected audio to our servers.

Acceptable Use

You may not use the service to violate law or third-party rights; distribute malware, spam, deceptive content, or illegal material; probe or bypass security controls; overload or disrupt the service; scrape protected or private music pages; impersonate others; or falsely imply affiliation with SongToVideo, Suno, Udio, or another platform.

SongToVideo is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Suno or Udio.

Payments

No paid checkout is available during the current public beta. Pricing shown on the site describes a planned preview-first model and is not an offer to sell. Before paid features launch, the site will publish the final products, prices, credit rules, renewal terms, and refund policy.

Service and Intellectual Property

The SongToVideo name, site design, software, documentation, and original service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant rights to our marks or source code. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the beta.

Disclaimers and Liability

The beta is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SongToVideo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the beta. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, third parties, or legal compliance.

Changes and Governing Rules

We may update these Terms as production generation and payment features are introduced. The updated date above will change. Applicable mandatory consumer and data-protection laws continue to apply regardless of these Terms.
